Neighborhood
Our home is located on the prettiest street in Dunedin, mere steps from everything- restaurants, the waterfront, parks, etc. The historic neighborhood of bungalows and cottages, built in the 1920s and 30s on the red brick streets, are part of what makes Dunedin so special. The neighborhood is a beautiful quaint area that is perfect for walking and biking, and there are literally dozens of restaurants, breweries and shops within four blocks of the house. It is in a great location within Pinellas County and is close to everything you could imagine (shopping, beaches, theme parks, airports) -- very convenient.
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the home, except for two small storage rooms (downstairs office and upstairs sewing room) where we store our personal belongings when we are gone.

Historic Old Florida Home – A Charming Family Retreat in Dunedin Step back in time and enjoy the tranquil charm of our beloved Old Florida house, which has been cherished by six generations of our family. Built in 1922 by my great-grandfather, this house holds a special place in our hearts—my mother grew up here and was even married in the church across the street. We’re delighted to share this historic gem with you and your family. Superb Location: Prime Spot: Located just two or three blocks from the water and downtown Dunedin, you’re perfectly positioned to explore an array of local attractions. Stroll to nearby restaurants, shopping, the farmers' market, breweries, parks, the marina, and the Pinellas Bike Trail. The Jazz-era Fenway Hotel and Blue Jays stadium are only 0.6 miles away. Historic Charm Meets Modern Comfort: Beautiful Setting: The house faces south, allowing you to bask in the sun on Dunedin’s prettiest street. Enjoy the serene environment with large, old trees draped in Spanish moss. Spacious Accommodations: The upstairs features a master bedroom with a comfy king bed and an airy ensuite bathroom. A second large bedroom upstairs offers a king and a double bed, with a hall bathroom. A third bedroom downstairs also has access to a hall bath. Inviting Living Spaces: Relax in the airy living room, enjoy meals in the separate dining room, and cook in the beautiful sunny kitchen. Two halves of the front porch offer options for relaxation—one part is shaded and screened with a fan, while the other is open for soaking up the full sun. Timeless Elegance: Historic Details: The house is rich in original details and historic charm while being freshly updated with modern conveniences. Although we only spend part of the year here, we invite you to make it your own and enjoy all that it has to offer when we’re away.
