Goodbye worries, hello beach! ⛱️ Our beach shed is fully stocked with chairs, an umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon to haul it all with ease. Enjoy free parking for up to two vehicles during your stay—Unit 2 offers tandem parking, with one car parked directly behind the other. The backyard is a shared, inviting space featuring a grill, picnic table, and cornhole for outdoor fun. Relax with morning coffee in the seating area or unwind in the hammock at sunset. 🌅
Good to know
Guests often say this unit feels larger than expected! The kitchen features an island and a spacious dining area for six. The primary bedroom offers private bath access and a dedicated desk, while the second bedroom includes a walk-in closet. Unit 2 is located behind the large white gate (left side upon arrival), just before our relaxing outdoor area, with a convenient side entrance for easy access. All unit doors are clearly labeled—your dream vacation awaits just behind Door #2. Steps from top restaurants, cozy cafés, shopping, Kolb Park, and the IRB Nature Reserve—location truly is everything! Location is everything, and our apartment is just around the corner from it all… 💧 Vibrant bars & restaurants – Enjoy local favorites like Guppy’s, Hurricane Eddie’s, and Keegan’s. 💧 Cozy coffee shops – Start your morning at Indian Rocks Beach Café. 💧 Convenient shopping – From the grocery store next door to nearby beach boutiques and souvenir shops. 💧 Outdoor fun – Kolb Park (under ½ mile) offers pickleball, playgrounds, and more. The IRB Nature Reserve and dog park feature a beautiful mangrove boardwalk—one of our favorite local gems!

Unit 2 is located behind our big white gate and just before our relaxing outdoor area! The doors on the units are labeled and your dream vacation is just behind door number 2. Quiet time is 10pm - 7am Please pick up after your furbaby.

Off street parking space is large enough to fit 2 cars, one in front of the other. There is also a bus system called the Jolly Trolley and Suncoast Trolley that will take you up and down the beach.
