Thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, our apartment features a serene Queen bed, and two cozy twin beds, creating plenty of space for up to 4 guests. The beach shed is fully stocked with all of the equipment needed for a beach day: chairs, an umbrella, some beach toys, and a wagon to tow it all! ⛱️ The backyard is designed as a communal space. The grill, picnic table, and cornhole are perfect for outdoor feasts and fun. Adjacent to the picnic table, the sitting area allows you to kick back and enjoy a coffee before your day at the beach!

Step into your own private oasis with a charming upper deck entryway (second story) that sets the tone for relaxation and comfort. Inside, you'll find an inviting living room and kitchen open-concept space, complete with a practical desk area - an ideal place to work from home. Whether you are sleeping in the queen bed, twin beds, or converted king you’ll be able to unwind in either bedroom! Convenience meets functionality with a stackable washer/dryer discreetly nestled in a closet at the end of the hall. Location is everything, and our apartment is situated just around the corner from… 💧Vibrant bars and restaurants - Guppy’s, Hurricane Eddies, and Keegan’s are a few. 💧Cozy coffee shops - Indian Rocks Beach Cafe is our favorite! 💧Super shopping - From the grocery next-door to the souvenirs steps away you'll find whatever you need. 💧Outdoor excitement - Kolb Park is less than half a mile away and offers pickleball, playgrounds and more.

I highly recommend Barbara’s place , if you want quiet, clean, perfect location for the beach. The place was very clean , air comfortable, felt right at home. I will continue using her place when I go back Indian shores. Thank you again Barbara !

We loved our stay here. It’s so close to the beach, just 2 blocks away. The beach was so clean and clear water. We loved the grove coffee shop and Nekton surf shop, both walkable. We brought our own beach supplies so we didn’t use that. The kitchen had everything we needed and lots of towels. 2 beds in 2nd room was great with kids. Little convenient store walkable for ice. We loved this location!!

Great location, so close to the beach! We really enjoyed having all the beach supplies including a collapsible wagon to carry it all. Inside the condo is spacious and we'll decorated. We had a great stay!

The family has a great time and felt right at home which is not a common occurrence when we are on vacation. All the amenities and extra touches were very thoughtful and useful. The rental unit is in a very tranquil location and is only 1 block away from the beach. It is highly recommended if you are looking for a relaxing vacation. The only very minor gripe is the lack of shampoo and shower gel/soap which we normally bring with us but forgot this time.

Great amenities, very clean, never heard the others staying in adjacent units, right across the street from the beach and a kitchen with everything you'd need for quick meals. Would recommend for a weekend stay like I have.

EXCELENTE CASA Hago el comentario en castellano para que puedan leerlo todos los argentinos que siempre pensamos en Miami. Está a cuatro horas de viaje, pero vale la pena hacerlas. La playa es hermosa, mucho más tranquila y toda la gente es muy amable. Hablando de la vivienda: 10 puntos. Todo nuevo con todo lo necesario para una estadía confortable. Primero, estuvimos en el depto 4 en el primer piso, entrada independiente, ubicado a una cuadra de la playa. Antes de entrar pequeño deck para estar desayunando afuera. Entrás y amplísimo living comedor, mesa con cuatro sillas y todo lo que pienses que necesitás para cocinar y estar como en tu casa: detergente, limpiadores, repasadores, café, té, coffe mate, sal, pimienta, condimentos, film, papel antiadherente, tuppers, jabón en polvo, lavarropas, secarropas. Los cuartos impecables, todos nuevo, todo blanco, todo comodísimo. Mucho lugar de guardado. Para ir a la playa: todo lo necesario, carrito de arrastre, sombrillas, sillas, colchoneta. Además, afuera tenés parrilla. No se puede pedir más… ah, sí, llave con código. Nunca perderás tu llave. Lo recomendamos totalmente. Pasamos unos hermosos días con la yapa de la puesta del sol a una cuadra de tu casa.

Each of the 4 units has assigned off street parking that can accommodate 2 vehicles. There is a bus system called the Jolly Trolley that travels up and down the beaches going as far north as Tarpon Springs and south down to Treasure Island.
