Neighborhood

There's something so quaint about Dunedin and its cottages. There's a neat Old Florida small town feeling around here, but with much better cuisine than back in the day. My grandmother who grew up here in the 1920's reminisced about meeting the train at Dunedin's Main Street Station to buy blocks of ice packed in sawdust, and live chickens, but you don't have to pluck your own anymore! There are literally dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, and parks within a 5 block radius, not to mention the baseball stadium, marina, 40+ mile long Pinellas bike trail, and the Fenway Tai Chi center.

Guest Access

You have exclusive use of your two bedroom cottage and fenced patio, and your cottage has its own parking space. The free-standing laundry cottage, with two washers and two dryers, is shared with the cottage at the front of the property. (We provide a starter supply of laundry detergent, bleach and dryer sheets for you.)

This was a perfect location for all there is to do in Dunedin. A block from the bike trail and a short walk to Main street. Very comfortable cottage and the dogs loved the fenced area. We felt right at home and had a great weekend! We would definitely stay again!

Barbara was very communicative up to and during our stay to make sure everything was as expected. For the time we were there it was just enough space inside and out back for the three of us. We chose it because of its location to downtown Dunedin and to the TD ballbark where we could walk to the day Blue Jays were playing the Phillies. Only about 12 minutes to BayCare Park by car for our other two Phillies games. Walkability to town either on the trail or otherwise was perfect to get to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and the market. Parking was easy as was access. Probably stay again for Spring training again if the price was the same.

There is a public bus that runs up our street, and Uber is easily available. The Jolly Trolley runs nearby and goes up to the Greek fishing town of Tarpon Springs, and down to Clearwater Beach, saving you the hassles of parking there.
