This property was amazing. We stayed for 2 weeks and it had everything we needed. The location was ideal, we walked out to town easily where there were lots of places to eat. The property was immaculately clean and comfortable. Feel like home in no time at all

This cottage was cozy and comfortable. Enjoyed the convenience of the location. It was close to the Pinellas bike trail and downtown Dunedin. i loved that i could walk across the street to the Clear Sky Draught house for breakfast or lunch. I would highly recommend staying at this AirBnb.

the rental is a quaint but tidy place. tons of character and old school charm. the unit is older but that adds to the experience. it was very clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed and pillows!!! we slept like rocks every night. very walkable to downtown Dunedin to all the great bars, restaurants, & shops. Check out the Black Pearl for a top tier dining experience!! we loved the Dunedin Brewery and the live music every night. the living room was also a winner for dinner!

Barbara, the host, is very responsive and friendly. The location of the AirBnb is near Mease Living where my parents reside and staying at the AirBnb made it so convenient. The house is within walking distance of the quaint downtown area where there are many local places to eat and shop. I will definitely try to book again the next time I visit Dunedin.

The location is fantastic - super walkable to downtown and near the pinellas trail. I felt safe walking at night too. Draught Haus across the street began their music around 8am on the two days we stayed (Saturday and Sunday), but that’s listed in the listing. Their brunch was incredible though - we actually went there both days because we liked it so much! Definitely take advantage of the Bloody Mary bar! Great host - super responsive and the amenities were exactly what we needed. Snacks were nice too! The bed was super comfy and the tv had all the streaming services. Great staycation!
