This charming retreat has been thoughtfully updated while preserving the original hardwood floors from 1923, offering a perfect blend of history and modern comfort. Just a 5-minute walk will take you to several local breweries, wine bars, diverse restaurants, and cozy coffee shops. Situated across the street from a bustling restaurant with live music on weekends, you’ll always be near the action. The unit is also just one block from Mease Dunedin Hospital and a short stroll to the marina, where you can witness some of the best sunsets in the world. Located on the second floor, this unit features a private entrance and everything you need to feel right at home. Please note, there is no elevator.

Cottage A. Entry door is on the right side of the yellow building. There are a set of stairs to enter the apartment. We also provide a sound machine to help you relax! *Marina, dining and shops are all walkable *Beach gear provided *Must be 25 years old to book Laundry is in the back of the turquoise building with the white door. Code is 6789. It is a shared space. Hours are 8am - 10pm only. Pet fee per pet. Additional fees will be sent prior to arrival. *If bringing a dog, please use the sofa covers to protect the leather We have an downstairs unit that can also be booked, with a connecting stairwell so you can have the entire house! Quiet time is from 10pm - 7 am
